The artistic journey of Margherita Lipinska, as described in the critical notes by art historian Carmen D'Antonino, is based on the reinterpretation of ancient art - along today's lines and in a late modern perspective - as an immutable value to be anchored to in order to counter the fluidity of the present. The artistic production thus reflects, from mythical reflections and the elegance of Greek art between the fifth and fourth centuries, the investigation of time in a continuous relationship with the present in the awareness of belonging to Western culture and Greco-Roman roots.
