Refund policy

Art. 8. Right of Withdrawal 8.1 – The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without specifying any reason, within 14 days from receipt of the products.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period by sending a registered letter with return receipt to the registered office at Via di Campo Marzio, 70 – 00187 Rome (RM), or by certified email (PEC) to campomarzio2003@pec.it. 8.2 – The Customer intending to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products in perfect condition and unused (still sealed in cellophane if received that way) to the address indicated on the invoice/delivery note, within 14 days from receipt of the products.
The receipt attached to the shipment must be included with the returned products. Pursuant to Article 55, paragraph 2, of the Italian Consumer Code, the Customer shall not be entitled to withdraw in the following cases:
– Products that have been used or damaged
– Products opened by the Customer, and therefore no longer intact
– Supply of products that are made to measure or personalized, or that by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly (e.g., cosmetics). 8.3 – The costs of returning the products are borne by the Customer, who must arrange the return shipment with a courier of their choice.
Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will refund, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the returned products, the full price paid by the Customer, provided the product is returned complete with all its parts and functionalities. The refund will be made by bank transfer and/or through the same payment method used at the time of purchase. Art. 9. Right of Replacement In the case of replacement, the same rules set forth in Article 8 “Right of Withdrawal” shall apply.
Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will verify the integrity of the returned product and the presence of the required documents, after which a new package will be prepared, subject to the Customer paying the new shipping costs.
