TERMS AND CONDITIONS

GENERAL NOTES.

This contract ("Contract") is a distance contract pursuant to Art. 50 et seq. Of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 ("Consumer Code"). The Contract has as its object the sale of movable goods between Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. with registered office in Via Pordenone 2 - 00182 Rome (RM), registered with the Companies' Register of Rome ne 1050273 , P.iva 07701661006 and the consumer (the "Customer").

The Contract is concluded directly through the acceptance by Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. from a purchase proposal issued by the Customer by telephone or through the Internet via the website www.campomarzio70.it ("Site") and/or through other distance selling systems of Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l., on the basis of the methods described in the following article.

GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE

Art 1. - Acceptance of the general conditions of sale

The purchase of products for sale on this Site is reserved for individuals, natural persons of legal age, acting for purposes unrelated to any commercial, entrepreneurial, craft or professional activity carried out. Therefore, by sending an order (hereinafter the "Order") in the manner provided on the Site and illustrated in the following art. 2, the subject (hereinafter "the Customer") expressly declares that he/she is of legal age and that he/she is acting outside his/her commercial, entrepreneurial, artisanal or professional activity.

By sending the Order, the Customer also declares that he/she has read all the information provided to him/her during the purchase procedure and that he/she fully accepts these general conditions of sale (hereinafter the "Conditions").

It is recommended to keep these Conditions, which, for this purpose, may be printed or saved on a durable medium.

Art. 2. Method of Purchase / Conclusion of the Contract:

The customer, once the order has been confirmed, will receive an e-mail message from campomarzio70.it confirming receipt of the order. It will also be assigned a "Customer Order Number" that must be used in any communication with campomarzio70.it .Upon receipt of the order campomarzio70.it will verify the actual availability in stock of the requested goods.In case of unavailability, even temporary, of the requested good, campomarzio70.it will contact you immediately by e-mail message to decide how to fulfill the order.

Art. 3. Availability of products:

The customer may purchase only the products in the electronic catalog visible on the site www.campomarzio70.it in the existing quantities in stock and possibly available from suppliers. Items selected from those in the virtual catalog of the campomarzio70.it site may be purchased under the following conditions.

Art. 4. Shipping:

4.1 - After the conclusion of the order, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will send the Customer an e-mail confirmation of receipt.
The Customer is invited to print and keep this e-mail.
In case of non-receipt, he is requested to contact Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. by e-mail at shop@campomarzio70.it.
If there is an impossibility, even temporary, to process the order in a partial or total way, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will promptly inform the Customer by e-mail to agree on how to handle it, without prejudice to the right of the Customer to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order.

4.2 - Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. undertakes to ship the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 24-48 working hours after confirmation of the order.
Orders placed on Fridays are prepared from the first working day following(Monday).

4.3 - For orders of alcoholic perfumery destined outside the territory of the European Union, shipping times may extend up to 5 days.

4.4 - It should also be noted that, for Extra-EU orders, the shipping rate indicated at the time of purchase covers transportation only: any customs duties, local taxes or import charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.

4.5 - Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend the shipment or cancel the order if the data provided are not true (for example, e-mail address or phone number does not exist).

Art. 5. Prices

The sale prices of the products illustrated on the Site of Campomarzio70.it are inclusive of VAT and do NOT include shipping costs.

Art. 6. Method of purchase and payment

The Customer will be allowed to choose one of the following payment methods:

(a) Credit card belonging to the VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS circuits.

(b) PayPal

(c) Bancontact

(d) Apple Pay

(e) GooglePay

(f) iDeal

(g) Shop Pay

Art. 7. Obligations of the Customer.

The Customer represents and warrants:

(1) that he/she is a consumer in accordance with Article 3 of the Consumer Code; (2) that he/she is of age;

(3) that the data provided by him/her for the execution of the Contract are correct and true.

Art. 8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 - The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the products.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the above period, manifesting it by a registered letter with return receipt addressed to Campo Marzio 2003 srl, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 229 - 00186 Rome (RM) or by PEC at campomarzio2003@pec.it

8.2 - The Customer who intends to avail himself of the right of withdrawal must return the products perfectly intact and unused (still unwrapped if received in this way) to the address indicated in the invoice / transport document within 14 days of receipt of the products.

The receipt/transport document attached to the shipment must be combined with the products to be returned.

Pursuant to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

- Products used or damaged
- Products opened by the Customer, therefore no longer intact
- Supply of custom-made or personalized products, or which by their very nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or alter rapidly (e.g. cosmetics).

8.3 - The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the Customer. The customer may choose to return the product at his or her own expense or choose to take advantage of our return service, which provides for collection by our courier at the address indicated in the order form.
Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will return, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer the full price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functionality.

8.4 - The return of the money will be made by bank transfer and / or through the channels used for payment.

Art. 9. Right of replacement

In case of replacement, the same rules as in point 8 "Right of withdrawal" shall apply. Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will verify the integrity of the returned product and the presence of the required documents, after which it will prepare the new package, subject to payment by the customer for the new shipment.

Art. 10. Storage charges

The customer is informed by email, by us and our courier (TNT for domestic and European shipments and DHL Express for extra-EU), of the progress of the shipment.
The recipient specifically receives: e-mail notification of successful shipment and a second e-mail notification of delivery.

Our courier makes two pass attempts: if on the first pass the customer is absent, the courier will pass again on the next business day, unless the delivery area is served by the courier on alternate days.

If the customer is also absent on the second pass, the package will go into storage at the depot closest to the delivery area. The customer at this point will have to take care personally to go and pick up the package, paying the relevant storage fees that increase from day to day and the amount of which is determined independently by the locations themselves.

Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. may decide, if the customer fails to mention, to unblock the storage by having the package returned to the sender's location. Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. is required to return to the customer the amount previously advanced, deflated by the costs of storage and return shipping (to be quantified on a case by case basis).

• Force Majeure
  In any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. shall not be held responsible for the delay or non-delivery and reserves the right to terminate all or part of the contract, suspend or postpone its execution.

Art. 11. Warranty

On campomarzio70.it are marketed quality products and purchased directly from carefully selected manufacturers and retailers.
If the customer finds a defect in the purchased products, he may exercise the right of withdrawal.
The consumer may request information, make any complaints or communications deemed appropriate, in the following ways:

Art. 12. Privacy

The personal data collected with the submission of the Order will be processed by Campo Marzio 2003 Sr.l. for the sole purpose of satisfying the express requests of the Customer, in accordance with EU reg. 679/16 and the privacy policy on the Site. Any further processing will be carried out only with the express consent of the Customer.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Packages are generally sent within 1/2 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier TNT l, DHL or Bartolini.

As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking link for the status of the delivery. The courier will deliver on average within 24/48 hours (excluding weekends) from pickup at our store, which occurs every business day at 2 pm.

Shipping charges include handling and packaging charges and postage. No additional handling charges are applied to the shipping charges. Deliveries are made worldwide with the exception of perfumes that cannot be shipped to countries such as Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Russia.

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, freight charges are VAT free as customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and NEVER included in the cost of the shipment.

INFORMATION ON IN-STORE COLLECT SERVICE:

Click & Collect orders remain available for in-store pickup within 14 days after receipt of the e-mail confirming availability.

If the pickup does not take place within this period, the order may be cancelled and the amount refunded in accordance with the terms of our terms of sale.

If for any reason you are unable to pick up your order within the 14 days, please contact our Customer Service Department at customercare@campomarzio70.it.
In this way we will be able to agree together on an extension of the stock time, compatibly with the availability of the product.

We remind you that, for all purchases made online, the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the time of withdrawal in store remains valid, as provided for by the regulations in force.

INFORMATION ON RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Right of withdrawal

- The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract entered into, without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the products.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the above-mentioned period, manifesting it by means of a registered letter with return receipt addressed to Campo Marzio 2003 srl, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 229 - 00186 Rome (RM) or by PEC to the address campomarzio2003@pec.it

- The Customer who intends to make use of the right of withdrawal must return the products perfectly intact and unused (still cellophane wrapped if received in this way) to the address indicated on the invoice / transport document within 14 days of receipt of the products.

The receipt attached to the shipment must be combined with the products to be returned.

Pursuant to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Products used or damaged
• Products opened by the Customer, therefore no longer intact
• Supply of custom-made or personalized products, or which by their very nature cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly (e.g. cosmetics).

- The cost of returning products is the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must arrange shipping with a shipping service of his/her choice. Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will return, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer the full price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functionality.

The return of the money will be made by bank transfer and / or through the channels used for payment.

- In case of replacement, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will verify the integrity of the returned product and the presence of the required documents, after which it will prepare the new package, subject to payment by the customer for the new shipment.
