1. Foreword

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the purchase, through the website shop.campomarzio70.it, of training services ("masterclasses") offered by CAMPO MARZIO 2003 SRL, with registered office in via Pordenone 2, 00182 Roma - P.IVA 07701661006, contactable at the e-mail address campomarzio2003@pec.it.

2. Subject of the contract

The object of the contract is the provision of masterclasses, held online or in person, according to the terms and conditions indicated in the descriptive sheet published on the site.

3. Prices and terms of payment

Prices are in Euros and include VAT. Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal or bank transfer.
Access to the masterclass is guaranteed only after payment has been made.

4. Mode of delivery.

Masterclasses are held according to the schedule indicated in the service sheet.
The client will receive by e-mail all the information necessary to access them.

Masterclasses consist of live events, so the date and time may be subject to change.
In case of changes, CAMPO MARZIO 2003 SRL undertakes to give timely notice to the participants.
CAMPO MARZIO 2003 SRL is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by date and time changes.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to art. 52 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of purchase.
However, according to Art. 59, letter a, this right lapses if the service has been fully performed with the express consent of the customer or if the performance has begun with such consent.
By checking the box accepting these conditions, the customer agrees to lose the right of withdrawal once the provision of the service has begun.

6. Cancellations, postponements and refunds

Cancellation by the client: If communicated at least 6 days before the event, a refund of 100% of the amount paid is due. After this deadline, no refund will be due.

Postponement or cancellation by the organizer:
In the event of cancellation or postponement for reasons beyond the client's control, the client may choose between a full refund or participation in an alternative date.

Once the course has started, there are no refunds in case of cancellation or early withdrawal for any reason.

7. Liability

CAMPO MARZIO 2003 SRL will not be responsible for inefficiencies caused by force majeure or technical problems not attributable to its organization.

8. Processing of personal data

The personal data provided will be processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
