GENERAL NOTES

This contract (“Contract”) is a distance contract pursuant to Articles 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”). The Contract concerns the sale of movable goods between Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l., with registered office at Via Pordenone 2 – 00182 Rome (RM), registered with the Companies Register of Rome under no. 1050273, VAT no. 07701661006, and the consumer (the “Customer”).
