Art. 8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 - The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract stipulated, without specifying the reason, within 14 days of receipt of the products.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforesaid term, by means of a registered letter with return receipt addressed to the head office in Via di Campo Marzio,70 - 00187 Roma (RM) or by PEC at the address campomarzio2003@pec.it.

8.2 - The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must return the products perfectly intact and unused (still wrapped if received in this way) to the address indicated on the invoice/transport document within 14 days of receipt of the products.

The products to be returned must be accompanied by the receipt attached to the shipment.

Pursuant to Article 55, second paragraph, of the Consumer Code, the Customer will not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

- Products used or damaged
- Products opened by the Customer, therefore no longer intact
- Supply of products made to measure or personalized, or that by their very nature can not be returned or are likely to deteriorate or alter rapidly (eg. cosmetics).

8.3 - The costs of returning the products are borne by the Customer. The customer will have to organize the shipment with a shipping service of his choice. Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will return, within 10 days from the date of receipt of the products by the Customer the full price paid by the Customer in case of return of the product complete with all its parts and functionality.

The money will be returned by bank transfer and/or through the channels used for payment.

Art. 9. Right of replacement

In case of replacement, the same rules as in point 8 "Right of withdrawal" shall apply. Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will verify the integrity of the returned product and the presence of the required documents, after which it will prepare the new package, upon payment by the customer for the new shipment.
