No. 6 rue de Budapest à Paris.
After a perfume, a candle is a way of experiencing a smell on a daily basis: enter a room, close your eyes and inhale it slowly for the pleasure of it.
With this No. 6 candle, at No. 6 rue de Budapest in Paris, Marc-Antoine Barrois wanted to fill his Maison de Couture with the olfactory memories of his childhood: Memories of a large house where the elegance of his grandfather's leather smell of a precious briefcase or other bags prevailed.
The warm atmosphere of an afternoon spent with the family in the living room by the fireplace, with a few delicate scents wafting out here and there from the kitchen where a snack was being prepared.
perfumer Quentin Bisch once again immersed himself in the universe of the couturier.
In doing so, he worked around the same leathery, woody and spicy structure, adding ambery scents and smoothing them with smoky notes to create a scented candle that shows his taste for refined materials.
There is also a fruity hint, with a peach and plum flavor, that ignites this amber and woody harmony in which hints of sandalwood and patchouli join.
NOTES
Plum, Cumin
Cistus, Leather, Musk
Patchouli, Sandalwood, Storax
Size: 220 g
