Art. 4. Shipping

4.1 - After the conclusion of the order Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will send the customer an e-mail confirming receipt of the order. The consumer is invited to print the e-mail and to keep it. In case he does not receive it, the consumer is invited to contact Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. by e-mail; in case of eventual impossibility, even temporary, to fulfill the order in a partial or total way, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will immediately send an e-mail to make arrangements with the consumer, without prejudice to the possibility for the consumer to ask for the cancellation, even partial, of the order.

4.2 - Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. undertakes to ship the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 24-48 working hours from the conclusion of the order.

4.3 - For orders of alcoholic perfumery outside the territory of the European Union Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. undertakes to ship within 10 days.

4.4 - Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. reserves the right to keep the shipment of the products on hold or to cancel the orders in case the data provided during the purchase are not true (for example, email address or telephone number inexistent).
