SHIPPING INFORMATION
4.1 – After the order has been completed, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will send the Customer an e-mail confirming receipt.
The Customer is invited to print and keep this e-mail. If the e-mail is not received, the Customer is kindly requested to contact Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. by e-mail at shop@campomarzio70.it

Should it become impossible, even temporarily, to fulfill the order in whole or in part, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will promptly inform the Customer by e-mail to agree on how to proceed, without prejudice to the Customer’s right to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order.
4.2 – Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. undertakes to ship the products to the address indicated by the Customer within 24–48 business hours from order confirmation.
Orders placed on Friday will be prepared starting from the next business day (Monday).
4.3 – For orders of alcoholic perfumery products destined outside the European Union, shipping times may be extended up to 5 days.
4.4 – Please note that, for non-EU orders, the shipping fee indicated at the time of purchase covers transportation only: any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges remain the responsibility of the recipient.
4.5 – Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend shipment or cancel the order if the information provided proves to be untrue (for example, non-existent e-mail address or telephone number).
