Imported from Australia by British botanists at the beginning of the 19th century, mimosa has since become the ornament of the Côte d'Azur: solar bushes now bloom on the slopes of the Esterel massif. A wild plant composition, the Estérel fragrance is as vibrant and delicate as the clusters of mimosas.
