Pierre Montale had an appointment with destiny 20 years ago in the distant lands of the Kingdom of Arabia. Inspired by the beauty and hidden secrets of the oriental world, in a learning process characterized by amazement and pure wonder, he composed his first creations with confidential and millenary olfactory materials such as rose, incense, amber, cedar, precious woods and a thousand other wonderful perfumes such as ointments or love potions.
On Pierre Montale's range of the most famous perfumes emerges the spirit of Oud, guardian of traditions at the gates of the East. A perfumed Asian ointment commonly used in the Gulf region and Saudi Arabia, this perfume is obtained from the Aquilaria tree by a millenary extraction process kept secret for a long time.
