GENERAL NOTES

This agreement (“Agreement”) is a distance contract pursuant to Art. 50 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 (“Consumer Code”). The subject matter of this Contract is the sale of movable goods between Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l., with registered office at Via Francesco Denza 20 – 00197 Rome (RM), registered with the Rome Business Register under No. 1050273, VAT No. 07701661006, and the consumer (the “Customer”).

The Contract is concluded directly upon Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l.’s acceptance of a purchase offer submitted by the Customer by telephone or via the Internet through the website www.campomarzio70.it (“Website”) and/or through other distance sales channels operated by Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l., in accordance with the procedures described in the following article.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

Article 1. - Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

The purchase of products for sale on this Site is reserved for individuals who are of legal age and who are acting for purposes unrelated to any commercial, business, craft, or professional activity they may engage in. Therefore, by submitting an order (hereinafter the “Order”) in the manner provided on the Site and described in Article 2 below, the individual (hereinafter “the Customer”) expressly declares that they are of legal age and are acting outside the scope of their commercial, business, craft, or professional activities.

By submitting the Order, the Customer further declares that he or she has read all the instructions provided during the purchase process and fully accepts these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter the “Terms”).

We recommend that you keep a copy of these Terms and Conditions, which you may print or save on a durable medium for this purpose.

Art. 2. Purchase Procedures / Conclusion of the Contract:

Once the customer has confirmed the order, they will receive an email from campomarzio70.it confirming receipt of the order. A “Customer Order Number” will also be assigned, which must be used in all communications with campomarzio70.it. Upon receipt of the order, campomarzio70.it will verify the actual availability of the requested merchandise in stock.If the requested item is unavailable—even temporarily—campomarzio70.it will contact you immediately via email to determine how to process the order.

Art. 3. Product Availability:

Customers may purchase only the products listed in the online catalog available at www.campomarzio70.it, in the quantities currently in stock or, if necessary, available from suppliers. Items selected from the online catalog on the campomarzio70.it website may be purchased under the following terms and conditions.

Art. 4. Shipping:

4.1 - After the order is completed,Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will send the Customer an email confirming receipt.
The Customer is advised to print and keep this email.
If you do not receive this email, please contact Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. by email at shop@campomarzio70.it.

Should it become impossible, even temporarily, to fulfill the order in whole or in part, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will promptly notify the Customer via email to agree on how to proceed, without prejudice to the Customer’s right to request the cancellation, even partial, of the order.

4.2 - Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. undertakes to ship the products to the address provided by the Customer within 24–48 business hours of order confirmation.

Orders placed on Friday are processed starting on the next business day (Monday).

4.3 - For orders of alcoholic perfumes shipped outside the European Union, shipping times may take up to 5 days.


4.4 - Please also note that, fororders outside the EU, the shipping rate indicated at checkout covers only the cost of shipping: any customs duties, local taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

4.5 - Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. reserves the right to suspend shipment or cancel the order if the information provided is found to be false (for example, a nonexistent email address or phone number).

Art. 5. Prices

The prices of the products shown on the Campomarzio70.it website include VAT but do NOT include shipping costs.

Art. 6. Purchase and Payment Procedures

The Customer may choose one of the following payment methods:

(a) Credit cards issued by VISA, MASTERCARD, or AMERICAN EXPRESS

(b) PayPal

(c) Bancontact

(d) Apple Pay

(e) Google Pay

(f) iDeal

(g) Shop Pay

 

Art. 7. Customer Obligations

The Customer represents and warrants that:

(1) that you are a consumer as defined in Article 3 of the Consumer Code; (2) that you are of legal age;

(3) that the information provided by the user for the performance of the Contract is accurate and truthful.

  

Art. 8. Right of Withdrawal

8.1 – The Customer has the right to cancel the contract, without providing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the products.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period by sending a registered letter with return receipt addressed to Campo Marzio 2003 srl, Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 229 - 00186 Rome (RM) or via certified email (PEC) to campomarzio2003@pec.it

8.2 – Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must return the products in perfect condition and unused (still in their original packaging if received that way) to the address indicated on the invoice or shipping document within 14 days of receiving the products.

The receipt or shipping document included with the shipment must be included with the items being returned.

Pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 55 of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

– Products that have been used or damaged
– Products opened by the Customer and therefore no longer in their original condition
– Products that are custom-made or personalized, or that, by their very nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or spoil quickly (e.g., cosmetics, samples, and sample kits).

8.3 – The costs of returning products are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer may choose to return the product at their own expense or opt to use our return service, which includes pickup by our courier at the address indicated on the order form.
Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will refund the full amount paid by the Customer within 10 days of receiving the products from the Customer, provided the product is returned complete with all its parts and in full working order.

8.4 - Refunds will be issued via bank transfer and/or through the payment methods used. 

Art. 9. Right of Substitution

In the event of an exchange, the same rules apply as those outlined in Section 8, “Right of Withdrawal.” Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will verify the condition of the returned product and ensure that all required documents are included; thereafter, it will prepare the new shipment, subject to the customer’s payment for the new shipping charges. 

Art. 10. Storage Fees

The customer is notified via email—by us and by our shipping carrier (TNT for domestic and European shipments and DHL Express for shipments outside the EU)—of the shipment’s progress.
Specifically, the recipient receives: an email notifying them that the shipment has been dispatched and a second email notifying them of delivery.

Our courier will make two delivery attempts: if the customer is not home during the first attempt, the courier will return the next business day, unless the delivery area is served by the courier on alternate days.

If the customer is still absent during the second delivery attempt, the package will be held at the warehouse closest to the delivery area. At this point, the customer will be responsible for picking up the package in person, paying the applicable storage fees, which increase daily and are set independently by each facility.

Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. may decide, in the event that the customer does not respond, to release the held shipment by returning the package to the sender’s address. Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. is required to refund the customer the amount previously paid, minus storage fees and return shipping costs (to be determined on a case-by-case basis).

• Force Majeure
  In any case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to deliver and reserves the right to terminate the contract in whole or in part, or to suspend or postpone its performance.

Art. 11. Warranty

 

Campomarzio70.it sells high-quality products purchased directly from carefully selected manufacturers and retailers.
If a customer discovers a defect in the products purchased, they may exercise their right of withdrawal.
Consumers may request information, file complaints, or submit any other communications they deem appropriate in the following ways:

Art. 12. Privacy

 

The personal data collected when an Order is placed will be processed by Campo Marzio 2003 Sr.l. for the sole purpose of fulfilling the Customer’s specific requests, in accordance with EU Regulation 679/16 and the privacy policy available on the Website. Any further processing will be carried out only with the Customer’s express consent.

 SHIPPING INFORMATION

Packages are generally shipped within 1–2 business days of receipt of payment and are sent via TNT, DHL, or Bartolini express courier.

As soon as your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking link so you can check the delivery status. The carrier will typically deliver within 24–48 hours (excluding weekends) after picking up the package from our store, which happens every business day at 2:00 p.m.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging fees, as well as postage. No additional handling fees are added to the shipping costs. We ship worldwide, with the exception of perfumes, which cannot be shipped to countries such as Australia, Canada, Mexico, and Russia.

For all shipments to countries outside the European Union, shipping charges are exempt from VAT, as customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient and are NEVER included in the shipping cost. 

INFORMATION ABOUT THE IN-STORE PICKUP SERVICE:

Orders placed via Click & Collect remain available for pickup in-store for 14 days from receipt of the availability confirmation email.

If the order is not picked up within this timeframe, it may be canceled and the amount refunded in accordance with our terms of sale.

If, for any reason, you are unable to pick up your order within 14 days, please contact our Customer Service at customercare@campomarzio70.it.
This will allow us to work with you to extend the storage period, subject to product availability.

Please note that, for all online purchases, you retain the right to cancel within 14 days of picking up your order in-store, as required by current regulations.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Right of Withdrawal

- The Customer has the right to cancel the contract, without providing a reason, within 14 days of receiving the products.
The Customer may exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned period by sending a registered letter with return receipt addressed to theCampo Marzio 2003 srl headquartersat Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, 229 - 00186 Rome (RM) or via certified email (PEC) to campomarzio2003@pec.it

- Customers who wish to exercise their right of withdrawal must return the products in perfect condition and unused (still in their original packaging if received that way) to the address indicated on the invoice or shipping document within 14 days of receiving the products.

The receipt included with the shipment must be included with the items being returned.

Pursuant to the second paragraph of Article 55 of the Consumer Code, the Customer shall not have the right of withdrawal in the following cases:

• Products That Have Been Used or Damaged
• Products opened by the customer and therefore no longer in their original condition
• Supply of products that are custom-made or personalized, or that, by their very nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or spoil quickly (e.g., cosmetics).

- The customer is responsible for the cost of returning the products. The customer must arrange shipping through a carrier of their choice. Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will refund the full amount paid by the customer within 10 days of receiving the products from the customer, provided the product is returned complete with all its parts and in full working order.

Refunds will be issued via bank transfer and/or through the payment methods used.

- In the event of a replacement, Campo Marzio 2003 S.r.l. will verify that the returned product is in good condition and that all required documents are included, after which it will prepare the new shipment, subject to payment by the customer for the new shipping charges.
