Recipients of the gifts

All users in Italy and the European Union who purchase items such as perfumes (excluding samples), home fragrances, cosmetics, and designer items.

For customers who purchase a perfume, we provide a sample of the same fragrance, allowing them to return the unopened item for a refund or exchange within 14 days*.

*While supplies last.

How to Add Free Items

The order manager will be responsible for including at least four free samples and reserving special gifts for purchases over €300.

Customers may choose to replace the complimentary gifts we offer with a sample kit of their own design and select up to 4 sample sprays to include in the gift set.

If the requested samples are not available, complimentary samples will be provided to replace the missing ones, with alternatives selected from the same fragrance family as the chosen fragrance.

Custom Requests

You can request a sample kit by sending an email to shop@campomarzio70.it with the subject line "Free Sample Request" + your order number or by entering the request in the order notes when adding the item to your cart.
