A modern version of classic compositions of Italian citrus fruits and woods. Nio is composed of a hesperidian heart of Calabria bergamot chypre and freshly blossomed citrus flowers, with accents of modern freshness. Nio is a true remedy for the warm Mediterranean summer climate. An intense and astringent citrus accord is mixed with cardamom and pink pepper, while the jasmine heart heralds a rich, though subtle, and amber woody base. In addition to the transformation of citrus into an amber base, the Haitian vetiver with its fresh green and floral scent embraces the citrus accord. Although traces of guaiac wood and Indian patchouli appear in the base, Nio firmly maintains its active and fresh theme.
