Description

Maison de Plaisirs is the Trudon scented candle created in collaboration with Lapérouse, a historic establishment on Paris’s Left Bank, to mark its 260th anniversary.

A composition that evokes the intimate atmosphere of 18th-century salons, amid mirrors, velvets, and candlelit gatherings. Pink pepper andblack pepper essential oil introduce a spicy liveliness, softened by the nuancesofambrette.
At its heart, the powdery eleganceof iris meets cashmere wood and leather accords, giving shape to an intimate and sophisticated structure. Cedar, guaiac wood, and Sublimolide round out the composition with a soft, woody depth.
The glass bottle, with its silver-toned surfaces and mirrored effect, evokes the historic salons of Lapérouse, where, according to tradition, courtesans would scratch mirrors to verify the authenticity of the diamonds they received as gifts.

A limited-edition creation that weaves together memory, olfactory research, and savoir-faire, evoking the understated charm of Paris at its most glamorous.
