Considered by the Chinese as one of the three sacred fruits with peach and lemon, grapefruit was a symbol of prosperity and fertility. Much appreciated by the Greeks and Romans, the hesperid has a fresh freshness: known for its rich terroir and unique soil, the Salta region improves the intensity of citrus fruits. Mixed with verbena and hyacinth, the scent of grapefruit is aromatic.
